No exceptions. No kids, No babies, No friends! Etc. (exceptions are booking appointments together, or under 18) ✔️I am a licsensed cosmetologist and am still learning, by booking with me you agree to my No refund policy. ✔️I book each client for at least a 3 hour window. Book your day accordingly. My time may not be everyones cup of tea and thats okay! ✔️Book ALL SERVICES NEEDED! If nail removal is needed, book a soak off. If you fail to do so, you may need to reschedule. If you come in with any nail(s) you will be subject to regular charge of $25 for a soak off. ✔️ Please be timely of your arrival. After 10 minutes, a Late fee of $10 dollars will be added. After 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled. ✔️Rescheduling needs to be addressed at least 24 hours before your appointment. ✔️Cancelations Need to be addressed 24 hours in advance. ✔️I have the right to refuse service to anyone! ✔Please be aware when scheduling an appointment, you’ll be asked to secure your appointment with a credit card, deposit is required. I don’t have access to your card number. You may still pay in cash at the time of your service. Please be advised that you will forfeit your deposit plus 30% fee of your total if you cancel within 24 hours. Cancellation fees with in 24 hours /and for no shows. 𝚈𝚘𝚞 𝚊𝚛𝚎 𝚌𝚘𝚖𝚒𝚗𝚐 𝚝𝚘 𝚖𝚢 𝚑𝚘𝚖𝚎, 𝚃𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝚒𝚜 𝚏𝚘𝚛 𝚖𝚢 𝚜𝚊𝚏𝚎𝚝𝚢! Please Make sure you agree with everything before booking. ✨ I have a grace period of 15 mins. If you are not in my chair by 15 mins after set apt time it will be rescheduled and cancellation fee will be charged.✨ If I am unable to fill your spot for your cancellation, cancellation fee will be processed. NO EXCEPTIONS ✨ No call No shows will be charged (Contacting after set apt time is still considered a No call No show) ✨ Cancellation Fee Is 30% of your total plus you forfeit your deposit. (Please book Accordingly to avoid cancelling at all cost) ✨NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS. ✨I do not work on other nail techs work, please come with bare nails or schedule a removal. ✨ Removals usually take up to 1 hour, plus 3 hours for a full set. Please schedule for one the day of booking or we will need to reschedule. ✨ Broken Nails and Lifting nails will need to be removed ✨ After 2 rebases by me you will need a removal. ✨ Please book a removal if you still have gel or acrylics from previous nail techs! ❤️ THANK YOU SO MUCH for your support, having a policy helps my business run smoothly and effectively.
